2024 Annual ASCLS-VA Meeting

MEETING DETAILS

FRIDAY (4/5): Student Bowl beginning at 2PM followed by a Networking Social at 5PM and off-site dinner at 6:30PM. Optional Friday night activities - see below for details.
Register your team for the Student Bowl by March 22!

SATURDAY (4/6): Saturday will be filled with the option of eight concurrent sessions to attend and a Keynotes presentation from Dr. Kyle Riding ASCLS National Secretary/Treasurer and Lab Advocate. The program will run from approximately 8AM to 5PM

STUDENT TRAVEL GRANT OPPORTUNITY

Qualified student applicants can receive funds to reimburse registration, travel, and lodging, up to $175, which will be awarded at the ASCLS-VA state meeting or via mail prior the meeting. See the application for details.

FRIDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES

Optional outings are available on Friday night.

Paint Night and dinner at Sal’s Italian Restaurant sponsored by CTF! Painting space is limited to 20 people, so reserve your spot now! Dinner will be provided for all who come, but paint activity is limited space.

Meeting registration fee covers both Friday Quiz Bowl and Networking event as well as all day Saturday registration. Registration fee also covers refreshments, lunch, and PACE credits.

Exhibitor space starting at $350, with each exhibit including one table, with one company name table card, one meal pass, and one complimentary Saturday registration. Additional tiered benefits (Silver, Gold) are also available.

ASCLS strives to make a positive impact in health care through leadership that will assure excellence in the practice of laboratory medicine. ASCLS works to further the professional development of its member and to support advancements in the laboratory.

As a participating vendor exhibitor organization, your company’s name will be included in the meeting programs and prominently displayed on our Vendor Bulletin Boards at the meeting.
