2025 Annual ASCLS-VA Meeting April 25th and 26th

MEETING DETAILS

FRIDAY (4/25): Student Bowl beginning at 2PM followed by a Networking Social at 5PM and off-site wine tasting and C.E. at 6:00PM.
SATURDAY (4/26): Saturday will be filled with the option of six to eight concurrent sessions to attend and a Keynote presentation.

STUDENT TRAVEL GRANT OPPORTUNITY

Qualified student applicants can receive funds to reimburse registration, travel, and lodging, which will be awarded at the ASCLS-VA state meeting or via mail prior the meeting. Details to come

2025 Annual Meeting Attendee Registration

Meeting registration fee covers both Friday Quiz Bowl and Networking event as well as all day Saturday registration. Registration fee also covers refreshments, lunch, and PACE credits.

Exhibitor space starting at $350, with each exhibit including one table, with one company name table card, one meal pass, and one complimentary Saturday registration. Additional tiered benefits (Silver, Gold) are also available.

As a participating vendor exhibitor organization, your company’s name will be included in the meeting programs and prominently displayed on our Vendor Bulletin Boards at the meeting.
